Shipping Policy

Hello! Your orders from Llanero Hat Co. will be shipped out within 5-7 business days after you make your purchase. If you don’t see a confirmation email about your shipment after 5 business days, please check your spam folder or reach out to us at Support@Llanerohatco.com to ask about the shipping status of your product. For domestic orders, we utilize USPS first-class mail and priority mail (available upon request).

Just a friendly reminder: orders exceeding $100.00 qualify for free shipping (for domestic orders only)!

For regular international orders, we ship using USPS first-class international. Please be aware that international orders generally take around 30-45 days to arrive via USPS. Once your package is marked as having departed the United States (the last tracking scan will be from an International Service Center or ISC), the US Postal Service won’t have any further updates on it until it reaches the transit or destination country, which will then provide tracking information. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any taxes or duties that may be applied by the destination country, and some locations might not be eligible for shipping.

When we ship your product, you’ll receive an automatic email with all the tracking details. Once the tracking indicates that your package is "in transit," it’s no longer the responsibility of Llanero Hat Co. If you see tracking information showing that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out to your local United States Post Office for assistance in locating it.
