Refund Policy
Returns/Refunds
We’re happy to help with refunds on your products within 14 days from the date you received them, as long as they’re in resellable condition. If 14 days have passed since you received your item(s), we won't be able to offer a refund, but don't worry—you can still exchange your product!
If you notice any order discrepancies or receive damaged items, please let us know within 5 days of delivery. Just include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the discrepancy or damage in your email to Support@Llanerohatco.com
To process your return, please send an email to Support@Llanerohatco.com, and we'll send you a return label. If you decide to send the package back on your own, be sure to keep track of the tracking number until we've confirmed receipt of your package.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to notify you that we got your returned item and that your refund has been processed. The refund will be credited automatically to your credit card or original payment method within 2-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please take a moment to check your bank account again. Then, reach out to your credit card company, as it might take some time for the refund to post officially. After that, contact your bank, as they often have processing times (typically 2-3 business days) before a refund appears.

Sale items
Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We’re more than happy to assist with product exchanges, but the item being exchanged must be unused and in its original condition. If you’d like to exchange for a different item, just shoot us an email at Support@Llanerohatco.com. We're here to help!
